POLICIES

  • Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows may be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

    Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment to book future appointments.

  • Deposits are required for extensions, color corrections, and select lengthy appointments.

    Deposits are applied toward your appointment total and are non-refundable. With at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment.

    Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the deposit.

  • Extension appointments require a deposit and must be maintained according to the recommended schedule.

    Clients are responsible for following all extension aftercare instructions. Colour Theory Salon Studio is not responsible for damage resulting from improper home care, excessive tension, chemical services performed elsewhere, or failure to maintain extensions as recommended.

    Extension hair that has been ordered or customized specifically for a client may be non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Your satisfaction matters to me. If you have a concern with your service, please reach out within 7 days of your appointment.

    I’m happy to discuss your concerns and determine an appropriate adjustment when needed.

    Service adjustments are not refunds. Additional services requested because of a change in preference or desired result may be subject to additional charges.

  • All service sales are final. Deposits and payments for completed services are non-refundable.

    Retail products may only be returned or exchanged according to the applicable product/retail return policy.

  • If you are running late, please let me know as soon as possible.

    Arriving late may shorten your service time or require your appointment to be rescheduled.
